Your complete satisfaction is our goal and we will try to resolve any issues with your order or concerns you may have.   In the event that your issue is outside of our control we will work to put you in touch with the correct manufacturer or company that can help.  

 

Product questions are always welcome and we will try our best to get the information you need.  We own horses ourselves and use many of the products we carry and carry other products by customer requests so you can be sure that items stocked at Diamond Royal Tack are of good quality.   Where applicable, sizing charts are included on product pages for your convenience.  

 

We offer several services at Diamond Royal Tack including embroidery, leather repair, hat shaping, tack cleaning, and customization.  Turn around time is dependent on current orders and may be subject to rush charges if you need your order completed by a certain date.  If you have a question for our repair and custom department please call us during business hours.
