We request that all vendors pertain to the horse, farm, pet, and agricultural industries in some way to keep with the theme of our event. No third party vendors are permitted (I.E. Tupperware, Thirty-One, Scentsy, etc.) We welcome vendors with hand crafted wares that are of interest to these industries as well as commercial products that do not provide a conflict of interest with mall tenants. You may be asked to provide a photo of your products to determine event compliance. Registration Space fees are $65 for businesses and $45 for non-profit clubs and organizations.

Vendors will have one 8’ x 8’ space within the common area of the Miller Hill Mall. Exact location in the common area is at the discretion of event & mall management. Vendors are required to provide their own tables and displays. We have a very limited number of tables and chairs available for rental at $10 per table and $1 per chair. There is no charge for electrical but you must state on the form if you require it as it cannot be added the day of the event. Shared space between vendors is not allowed. The only exception is if a business vendor is also a representative of a group they promote. (I.E. “” Stables may distribute fliers for XYZ Show) Vendors may purchase more than one space at a reduced rate if needed.

All vendor registrations are due by March 20, 2020 to ensure space at the Horse Fair. After this date any remaining vendor spots are filled on a first come first serve basis. Electrical outlets are limited in number and available on a first come basis. Horse Fair hours are 10am until 6pm on Saturday, April 4, 2020. You may begin set-up Fri. April 3 from 11am to 8pm. Please secure your products as the common area remains open to the public before and after the event times. All vendors are expected to be present during the advertised hours of the Horse Fair. Vendor fees are non-refundable after March 20, 2020. All vendors are required to submit either a Hold Harmless Agreement or Certificate of Insurance for liability. Vendors must also complete a MN ST19 form for Certificate of Compliance.
