At Diamond Royal Tack our goal is your complete satisfaction.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item purchased for an exchange or complete refund within 30 days.  Return shipping charges are not reimbursed for reasons that are not the fault of Diamond Royal Tack.
